Greeting
I am Reiji Kobayashi, representative of REIZI PRODUCTION. For more than 12 years I have worked as an engineer at a major manufacturer, solving problems on the shop floor with technology.
Supporting AI adoption taught me that most failures have little to do with the AI itself. People learn the tool but not where it fits in their work. Systems get installed, but nobody checks whether they are producing results. I have watched well-built systems sit unused on my own shop floor many times.
So I take on the whole job as one piece of work: deciding where AI belongs in your operations, building it in, measuring the effect, and confirming it in the numbers. Training, automation development, or adopting our own service, the approach is the same. Start small, measure, and grow it based on how the team actually responds. I have built and operated systems myself and confirmed that this approach delivers.
